How it started
AA Door Services was established in 2020, founded by a father-son team with deep roots in the door industry. The Director, who began his journey in 1990 with a prominent door manufacturing company, gained extensive experience in producing specialised doors such as prison doors, bomb/ballistic doors, and submarine doors.
After completing his apprenticeship, he remained with the company for an additional 15 years, advancing to a managerial/leading hand role where he supervised a dedicated team of workers.
Seeking new challenges, he transitioned to a residential door installation company, where he spent 5 years honing his skills. This was followed by over 15 years at a fire door installation company, where he worked on various projects, further solidifying his expertise.
With a wealth of knowledge and experience, he decided to establish his own company, AA Door Services, in partnership with his son. His son, who entered the industry at 18 under his father’s guidance, gained seven years of valuable experience at the fire door company before joining him in this new venture.
Since its inception, AA Door Services has built a reputation for exceptional service, great workmanship, and reliability. The company has cultivated strong relationships with numerous builders and clients, continuously striving to improve and deliver outstanding results.
